SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): £4.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £9.95
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £75
International Shipping:
- Europe (5-10 business days): £12.95
- Rest of World (7-14 business days): £19.95
- Free International Shipping on orders over £150
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.
3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.
4. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas may have restricted delivery. If we cannot ship to your location, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
5. Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@carbonpeak.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
